In this position, you will work to an international project for a large Florida company (payment in dollars), and you will have the autonomy and freedom to work 100% remotely, with flexible hours. Your challenges will involve backend web (Node.js) development:
- Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
- Build customer-facing UI and back-end services for payment processing administration and management.
- Code, test and operate node.js based services.
- Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem.

Requirements
- Proficiency in English. You will be communicating with the team using only English!
- Attention to detail and ability to self-organize.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Development experience designing object-oriented JavaScript.
- Current working experience as a Node.JS Developer for the past 5+ years.
- Current working experience with Nest.JS for the past 3+ years.
- Current working experience with a modern SQL database for the past 5+ years.
- Current working experience with a PostgreSQL database for the past 3+ years.
- Current working experience with standard Promise pattern and async/await patterns for 3+ years.
- Expert knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as TypeScript, Bluebird, Axios.
- Familiarity with the entire modern web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
- Dependency management and building using NPM and Yarn.
- Code version control using Git and GitFlow.
- Adhering to strict code linting and style standards.
- Dev Ops experience with cloud services such as AWS, Heroku or similar
